Methods
In this section, I invite you to explore the methods I’m employing in my personal growth journey. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns and reduce anxiety, alongside the Person-Centered Approach, which fosters a supportive environment for self-exploration and emotional acceptance. These approaches work together to enhance my understanding of myself and improve my interactions with others.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

My psychological approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective, evidence-based treatment that focuses on identifying and altering negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a collaborative and structured process where we work together to uncover the thoughts and beliefs that influence your emotions and actions. Through guided discovery, practical exercises, and action plan, I will help you develop healthier coping strategies and cognitive tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. My goal is to empower you with the skills to challenge and change unhelpful thoughts, foster resilience, and create lasting positive changes in your life. This personalized, goal-oriented approach not only addresses current issues but also equips you with the techniques to handle future challenges independently.
Person-Centered Approach (PCA)

The Person-Centred Approach, on the other hand, emphasizes creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. It’s rooted in the belief that you have the capacity for self-healing and personal growth when provided with empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard. Having lived abroad for over 10 years, I understand the challenges of adapting to a new environment and culture. Whether it's understanding cultural differences, managing homesickness, or building new routines, together we will discover healthy adaptive strategies that will help ease your transition.
